Creative copy, design, simple editing and resizing are included. One business, market and language; you provide verified facts, brand assets, photos and selected footage. Up to two simple concepts per channel per batch; videos up to 30 seconds from up to 20 minutes of selected source footage, with one revision round. Resizing does not use up a creative variant. Filming and paid creators are separate.

One existing Shopify/WooCommerce store, market and language with ready product data. Work includes prioritising products and offers, purchase tracking, feed checks and agreed product-launch tests within your channels and creative allowance. Small store changes take up to 30 minutes; CRO iterations up to two hours. A new store, large data clean-up, ERP, custom feeds and product photography are separate. Shopify, Klaviyo and other provider fees are billed to the client.
If you need only Google + Meta advertising, the two-channel advertising plan is $1,000/month. The $1,550 store package adds the defined catalogue, CRO and baseline email work. See advertising plans.

Monthly credits for included email work are $100 / $150 / $200; setup credits are $0 / $200 / $400. The full programme replaces the original email allowance. Growth includes four emails per month in total, not two plus four. Email-only uses the same relevant credit; SMS-only does not. We confirm other tier combinations in your proposal.
Setup includes the standard integration, domain/settings checks, one signup form, basic segments, branded templates and flow QA. We choose flows such as welcome, abandoned checkout, post-purchase and winback around your business. Larger plans may include browse abandonment or replenishment where data supports them.
Each monthly send includes copy, template adaptation, segment selection, QA and reporting, with one revision round. One small flow iteration per selected channel is up to 30 minutes. New large flows, complex migrations and custom integrations are scoped separately. Ready, suitable flows are reviewed and credited rather than rebuilt.
Klaviyo fees depend on your plan, active profiles, sends and mobile usage. SMS may be charged by message segments; long text, Unicode or emoji can increase the segment count. Email consent and SMS consent are separate. We check the account plan and market requirements before launch. You pay the provider directly with your own card; ending agency management does not cancel your provider subscription.
Pay for three full months plus the one-time setup and receive 14 calendar days of the same recurring services, in a proportional scope. Media, platform and usage costs remain separate.
All fees on these pages are in USD. You choose a monthly engagement or the three-month prepayment offer.
The first invoice includes one-time setup and one full month of management. Advertising setup includes the launch creative batch; the first paid month also includes its regular creative refresh. Management starts from the actual advertising launch. The same setup and creative work are not billed twice.
Ad spend, applicable taxes, platform subscriptions, hosting, phone numbers, email/SMS/call usage and AI/API usage are separate unless explicitly included. Filming, paid creators and complex animation require an agreed additional budget. Your proposal confirms the scope before work begins.
Yes. Choose one advertising channel, a defined website or automation project, or a retention programme. A full marketing package is useful when you also need the included conversion and customer-handling work. We credit suitable existing setup after reviewing it.
Base agency CRM access is included in the service-business and restaurant packages. If you retain that access after management, the standard fee is $39 USD/month. Technical support and usage are separate. Your existing contract takes precedence. Store platforms such as Shopify and Klaviyo are billed directly to you.
