  • Marketing strategy and consulting

3. Consultations, Audits, and Strategy Calls

We offer free growth audits and strategy consultations. These are informational in nature and do not obligate you to purchase any services. The recommendations provided during consultations are based on the information you share with us and our professional judgment.

4. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver effective marketing strategies and services, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to lead volume, revenue increases, conversion rates, or return on investment. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside of our control, including market conditions, competition, product quality, and your own business operations.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our services or submitting information through our forms, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Not submit spam, fraudulent, or misleading information
  • Respond in a timely manner to communications related to your project

7. SMS Program and Messaging Terms

DASHBOARDLY INC (doing business as Pandorium Agency) operates a non-marketing customer care SMS messaging program to communicate with users who have opted in. By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to the following terms:

Description of SMS program: Our SMS messaging program sends only non-marketing customer care messages: replies and follow-ups related to your inquiry, appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and customer support responses. We do not send promotional, marketing, or sales messages through this program.

Messaging use cases: Messages may include consultation follow-ups, scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, customer support responses, and service updates relevant to an existing inquiry or scheduled appointment. Promotional content is not sent through this program.

Opt-out instructions: You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us, and you will be unsubscribed immediately. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your inquiry and engagement level.

Carrier liability disclaimer: Carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent not required for purchase: SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Pandorium Agency. You may submit an inquiry, book a consultation, or use our services without opting in to SMS messages.

No sharing of SMS opt-in data: We will not share, sell, or transfer your SMS opt-in consent or phone number to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Age restriction: You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Pandorium Agency website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and code — is the property of DASHBOARDLY INC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

For client work: unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, deliverables created for you as part of a paid engagement become your property upon full payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DASHBOARDLY INC and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Third-Party Services and Platforms

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to:

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for advertising
  • Google Ads for advertising
  • GoHighLevel for CRM and automation
  • Various analytics and tracking tools

We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or functionality of third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.

12. Termination and Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

  • You provide false or misleading information
  • You engage in abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior
  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • Continuing service would be impractical or unethical

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DASHBOARDLY INC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
