SMS Consent for DASHBOARDLY INC

Pandorium Agency is the public-facing brand operated by DASHBOARDLY INC. DASHBOARDLY INC is the business entity used for SMS messaging compliance and A2P 10DLC registration. When we refer to "Pandorium Agency" or "we" below, we mean DASHBOARDLY INC doing business as Pandorium Agency.

Pandorium Agency collects leads primarily through Facebook Lead Ads (Meta) and website forms. When a user interacts with one of our advertisements or website forms, they may provide:

How SMS Opt-In Works

Our SMS opt-in process works as follows:

  1. User submits an inquiry — A user submits an inquiry through the chat widget on https://pandoriumagency.com or through a Facebook Lead Ad form requesting more information about our services. The form includes a phone number field.
  2. User provides explicit SMS consent — The form includes a single optional consent checkbox where the user may agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Pandorium Agency related to their inquiry. The checkbox is not pre-checked. Checking the box is not required to submit the form.
  3. If the user opts in — DASHBOARDLY INC may send SMS messages limited to customer care: replies to the user's inquiry, appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, and follow-ups related to the existing inquiry.
  4. User can opt out at any time — Users can reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from SMS communications.

The form includes a single optional consent checkbox for non-marketing customer care messages. The checkbox is not pre-checked and is not required to submit the form.

What Messages We Send

If a user opts in to SMS communications, DASHBOARDLY INC sends only non-marketing customer care messages, which may include:

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and engagement. You will not receive more than a reasonable number of messages related to your request.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to any message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
