The challenge

Selling the product is only one part of the journey.

Customers buying 4×4 accessories need confidence in compatibility, availability and delivery. Some are ready to order online; others need an answer or a quote before they can decide. The website, sales team and operational systems all influence that decision.

The engagement therefore reached beyond advertising. Paid demand needed to connect with a useful store experience, customer support, follow-up and the systems that hold the order and payment information.

What we did

Build around the full buying and sales journey.

01

Performance marketing and product demand

Worked across Google and Meta acquisition for the product business, with attention to the catalogue, product context and purchase intent. Campaign reporting and the store’s actual order view remained separate so each could inform the appropriate decision.

02

Website conversion and product clarity

Worked on the store’s conversion path and product information: helping customers understand what they are buying and find the next step. For a complex catalogue, compatibility, shipping and availability are part of the sales conversation.

03

Customer support and sales follow-up

Supported the customer-care side of the journey, including questions that sit between product discovery and an order. Customer conversations and next actions became part of the growth work, rather than an afterthought to the campaign.

04

Email marketing and SMS

Worked on email marketing and SMS within the customer journey, connecting the timing and purpose of messages to the relevant customer or sales context. These channels supported the wider acquisition, follow-up and retention work.

05

CRM automation connected to ERP

Connected CRM automation with the operational systems behind the store. The work included Shopify, HubSpot and Qoblex reconciliation so order, deal and payment information could be reviewed together without treating an order value as a cash receipt.

06

Telegram lead handling

Used Telegram in the lead-handling workflow to connect incoming interest with the people responsible for responding. The aim was a practical handoff from a customer inquiry to the next sales action.

What changed

More recorded orders, with lower media spend.

The matched period recorded more Shopify orders and higher recorded order value while combined Google and Meta media spend was lower.

Source and definition: Shopify order data and Google + Meta media spend, captured 22 August 2026. These are matched year-over-year periods. Recorded order value includes pending and refunded statuses; it is not paid revenue, incremental lift or ad-attributed sales. The comparison had no holdout.

A later operational phase: connect orders to CRM.

In September, the confirmed-order integration connected 21 existing orders across 17 CRM deals in the verified cohort. The 15-minute synchronization was checked through two natural scheduled cycles.

This was a later operational improvement, separate from the May–August performance comparison. The 21 orders already existed; they were not new sales created by the integration.

  • Marketing work that extended from campaigns into the website and customer journey.
  • Customer support, email marketing and SMS included in the engagement.
  • CRM automation integrated with ERP, alongside Shopify, HubSpot and Qoblex reconciliation.
  • Telegram lead handling connected to the sales process.
The next step

Optimize the handoffs, as well as the campaigns.

The next growth decision can come from an ad, a product page, an unanswered question or a sales record that needs attention. Reviewing those handoffs together gives the business a more complete basis for choosing what to improve next.

For another e-commerce business, the starting point is its own buying journey, team and systems. The channel mix and integration work should follow from that context.
